You need 2 foam yoga blocks, one mat.
Go to the Warm-Up Playlist and do your Warmup.
Go to the Technique Study Playlist, and choose your stage of Technique Study.
Then: You’re ready to add this on!
Do this workout for one week while you wait for the release of workout #9. You should be able to complete this workout before moving to workout #9.
