EveryBODY is a work of A.R.T. ™ It’s this simple, core belief that lead Terri to create The A.R.T. Method over the course of her 30 years as a professional fitness trainer and group exercise instructor. A.R.T. stands for Active Resistance Training ®, a ‘fitness practice’….an entirely new way to think, workout, participate, and study… fitness. This isn’t a temporary program. This is a PRACTICE, that gets you and KEEPS you in INCREDIBLE SHAPE.
The ART Method was introduced in the first DVD/App: Mat Workout 1. This dvd/app is required here at the ART Studio. In this DVD/APP you learn the 4 Active Resistance Points which puts your AR Points into use in a flowing Dynamic Cardio Toning sequence called the Technique Study, you then have two full workouts on the DVD to get yourself into amazing shape. Everyone coming to the ART Studio is required to have the DVD or the app, so they can practice their technique study and workouts anywhere. Technique Studies are part of every workout in the ART Studio, and like in the DVD/APP your workouts are built on whats taught in the Technique Study….YOUR BODY CHANGES QUICKLY WHEN YOU PRACTICE.

The A.R.T. Method goes beyond the limits of a ‘program’ and is an actual, METHOD & PRACTICE. Daily practice and study of The A.R.T. Method active resistance points means you’ll always understand how to get the most out of any fitness program, any dance exercise, yoga class or sports training you choose to participate in.

Because it’s an actual METHOD you can apply it everywhere/everyway you move around. The fitness studio & gym based ‘fitness program’ format is an effective and accessible delivery format for The A.R.T. Method practice techniques, elements, combinations, dynamic cardio toning® sequences… but the ART Method isn’t limited to the exercise program format only. The Method can be applied and taught in one/one personal training sessions as well as group exercise, as well as in relation to any fitness program, dance, sports or yoga program.
