BootCamp classes are small, with a 10 person maximum. BOOTCAMPS require a fitness assessment before & after. Open to ALL levels, your needs are accommodated within the group to help you accomplish your goals. What BootCamps are Available?
- A-List Body® 2: 5X/WK. This program is for your hardcore EVENT-BASED GOALS. Weddings, Reunions, Photo Shoots, Cotillions, Anniversaries, old BF coming to town, OMG is it almost SUMMER already?, HELP! I need to wear a bathing suit/tank top/skinny jeans…This class is designed entirely around these kind of things that life throws at us. You will be pushed.
- A-List Body® 1: 3X/WK A condensed combo of increasingly difficult mat or timed circuit-based group bootcamp workouts. Allows you to train with a group and still go at your own pace.

Each series runs monthly. Pick 3x or 5x week.

7am, 6 & 7pm. Saturdays too!

Each Bootcamp Series Includes:
Complete Fitness Assessment - A consultation and review of your fitness level and goals including body fat percentage along with before and after measurements to show your success. As well as WEEKLY measurement monitoring to make sure you stay on track & on deadline!
Membership to the A.R.T. Studio Private Group on Facebook where boot camp participants get surprised with video challenges, tasks and other assorted goodies Terri and her team dream up for them.
DAILY Check-Ins with Terri, and her team – You will send Terri DAILY food diaries to make sure you are doing EXACTLY whats necessary to guarantee your success! There is always a real person here to advise you every step of the way, answer questions and keep you focused.
The A.R.T. Method Meal Guidelines – You can kick start your metabolism to turns your body into a fat burning machine! You do not diet. You do not starve. You DO LOSE BODYFAT, INCHES & WEIGHT. You’ll never be afraid to eat again. You’ll look and feel beautiful.
BOOTCAMP REQUIREMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS – We want you to GET YOUR RESULTS. As such, when you sign-up for a ‘bootcamp’ experience, there are no ‘make-ups’. You sign-up for the entire months classes. If you miss class, you lose that class. In the most general sense, it is recommended that you participate in ONE-THREE full boot camp cycles. When you come for your fitness assessment and consultation, we will recommend what we think will be the optimal amount of bootcamp cycles for you to achieve your results.
ONCE YOU GET YOUR RESULTS, it’s then suggested to move onto the class card system for maintenance and more flexibility. You can book yourself into any class that has space available, and has a 3 month expiration date.
