The online fitness program manager
is the cornerstone of Terri's online fitness program. You'll use it to design your workouts, track your progress, and measure your results. Take a look at

your program. It's fun, easy to understand, and has everything you need to learn, create, program and maintain your fitness program.
What will I learn?
RESULTS REQUIRE UNDERSTANDING. All of Terri's clients
can expect to learn and understand what's happening to their bodies
as the process is underway.

it's happening. You'll learn:

How is my program structured?
Your program is structured by YOU. You'll find all the help you need in the
DIVA Fitness Challenge Group on FaceBook. You'll find posts there from Terri
regarding getting started, the next stages, and putting the workouts together.
You'll be able to ask all the questions you need to on the group forum.
- you'll use the book to learn the first 12 exercises and practice the technique
- you'll use the workout generator to find and pick exercises to add to your programs
- you'll schedule your workouts with the workout calendar in the program
manager
- you'll post on the group as you complete workouts, have good
days and bad days etc
What is my responsibility?
It's simple really. Your responsibility is to commit to your workouts and
be proactive in the group. Ask questions, post your solutions and your roadblocks
along the way. All of this contributes to the essence of understanding and
achieving life-long fitness. Answer questions for others and share what you're
going through as you go through this process.
It might be easier to sell you a magic pill, but it wouldn't be ethical. And
most importantly, it wouldn't work. This, and any lifelong fitness program
requires ACTIVE PARTICIPATION. As you begin using the online fitness program
manager, scheduling your workouts and logging your meals and workouts, you'll
become more actively engaged and begin building the habits that will keep you
lean and healthy forever.
It's a trainer's job to provide you with the correct information, structure,
and an organized functional process to get you where you want to go. The lynchpin
in the understanding of Terri's philosophy involves the client initiating action.
