Email Coaching: What is it? Email coaching provides a fluid, flexible, and personalized fitness program that is easy to learn and understand, and delivers results! Based on Terri's complete training philosophy, this program combines Terri's sought after training with the "go-everywhere" immediacy of email and the convenience of social networking for all the support you need. Best of all, you'll have unlimited
access to Terri via email (no assistants or substitutes!). Terri will answer any of your fitness questions the same day! With this fitness program option you'll take advantage of four
components:
- usage of Terri's eBook
- unlimited email communication with Terri
- the Fitness Program Manager
- participation in the support group on FaceBook
What results can I expect?
You will be expected to schedule
and perform 2-4 workouts per week. Of course the more workouts you
do, the better you are with your meals, the more you can expect in
terms of results. Results
very from person to person, but a reasonable expectation for 6
weeks of training can be up to 4 inches off your waist.

What is the Online Fitness Program
Manager?
The online fitness program manager
is the cornerstone of Terri's online fitness program. Take a look at
this short slideshow that shows all the ways you'll be able to manage
your program. It's fun, easy to understand, and has everything you need to learn, create, program and maintain your fitness program.
What will I learn?
RESULTS REQUIRE UNDERSTANDING. All of Terri's clients
are expected to learn and understand what's happening to their bodies
as the process is underway.
Results
do not magically 'happen to you' without your active understanding
of why
it's happening. You'll learn:
- to eat correctly anywhere & never starve yourself again
- to connect what you eat to how it makes you feel/perform
- to create your own workouts using the workout generator
- to integrate your 'core' into every exercise you do
- to eventually 'train yourself' and maintain your results. FOREVER.
- to scale up a program when you have time & scale down a program when
you don't
- to get everything done in the amount of time you have
- what made you crash during a workout & how to prevent
it
Sounds GREAT! What happens once I sign up?
Once you've completed payment through PayPal, you'll
receive an email from Terri with:
- your copy of Terri's eBook
- the link to create your account in the fitness program manager
- instructions to complete your online fitness assessment
- an invitation to join the FaceBook Group
Once you've thoroughly filled out and completed
all the elements of the online fitness assessment,
you'll shoot Terri
an
email and let her know. Terri then starts working on your initial program,
she may email you back and forth for additional information and ask
some questions regarding your goals, your life, your diet. This communication
is very important as it lets Terri get to 'know you' and get a sense
of who you are, what your life is about and how you live day-to-day.
It can take a few days for this process to be completed. In
the meantime though, you have a few things to do....
- you'll go to the FaceBook support group and introduce
yourself
- you'll start reading the book to learn the DIVA
philosophy
- log-on to fitness program manager and familiarize yourself with all the tools
- start logging your meals into the workout calendar
- start experimenting with the workout generator
How is my program structured, is it customized?
Yes! All of Terri's email coaching online fitness programs are personalized
based on your online fitness assessment information, your communication with
her AND the structure contained in her fitness eBook. All Terri's clients (even
the ones
that train
in the NYC private studio) begin with establishing, or re-establishing a foundation
of basic: strength, endurance, form, and technique. Your initial program
will start with this foundation.
You'll ALSO be
given two other programs with increasing levels of intensity along with instructions
and performance benchmarks
to
reach before
moving
to the next level. You will learn to create and program your own workouts,
so further customization will be done by YOU, based on your preferences,
with Terri overseeing your efforts every step of the way.
What is my responsibility? Will Terri check on me everyday?
Terri will respond to your emails and make sure all your questions are answered
and be happy to engage with you daily. HOWEVER: This program and Terri's
entire philosophy is based on PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. Terri doesn't goad
or force
you through your workouts....she's there for questions, advice, and encouragement...but
you still have to show up on your own. Because you WANT TO. You still have
to show up even, when you don't want to.
Movement cures everything. It's time to stop waiting for
it to 'happen to you'. Move it!
