I have always considered myself healthy and "in shape". Activeness and excercise have always been a part of my life, although not a focus.
As I am getting older I am finding my life full of responsibility and without noticing, the activities that used to provide excercise for me have dissipated due to lack of time in the day. After realizing I was becoming a lazy, out of shape, sit behing the desk all day person I sought professional help... Enter: Terri, the trainer... although, I like to refer to her as the organizer.
She explained how I can work out a simple program and spend less than an hour per day working out ... and get great results. Well, I have been working with her for about three months now and she was right. :)
One of the great things is how Terri understands that I am a baby at times ... haha. Serioulsy though, there were a few excercises I was not very comfortable with due to an injury I had a few years ago ... together, we figured out some new excercises I can use that have almost the same effect as the ones that were originally causing me problems. I was very happy to find this out since I first thought my only option was to not work that part of my body.
I think the best thing about Terri's program is the availability ... due to my shifting schedule I sometimes work out late at night ... if I have a question and I know Terri is not available (in person) I turn to her website and research it for myself ... so far I have answered all of my own questions within a few minutes. The information and diagrams are just perfect.
