A.R.T. Method Class Cards
REMEMBER, THERE ARE ONLY 10 PARTICIPANTS IN EACH CLASS! This isn’t an over-crowded ‘big-box’. You get more monitoring, attention, & guidance here for the same price or less than what you get everywhere else!
Class Cards offer flexibility and are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Take any class, anytime, as long as there is a spot available. Book yourself in with the online booking system, or place yourself on the waitlist. There are no makeups, freezes or refunds.
One-Shot Class – $44
12 Class Card – $440 = $36/class
20 Class Card – $660 = $33/class
UNLIMITED Class Card: take as many classes as you can handle, the more classes you take, the better deal this becomes. the more classes we add, the even better deal this becomes. This is based on a one year commitment, this is an automatic debit on your credit card.

Fitness Boot Camps NYC
The ART Method Boot Camps – Monthly Series – $440-$660
Intense. You COMMIT to 3x-5x/week. Fitness assessment & measurement/body fat before & after included. In a bootcamp experience, you are booked into classes for the entire month, you can NOT make up classes that are missed. In a bootcamp experience, you MAKE A PROMISE TO YOURSELF….if you break it, there must be a corresponding repercussion. A group experience in a private environment means there’s no crowds, no BS. There are 3 options & price ranges for personal training at the ART Studio NYC
The A.R.T. Level 1 Certified Training Package – 20 sessions – $1500
NOW ACCEPTING CLIENTS TO START IN APRIL
You can learn Terri’s life changing Active Resistance Training methods even if you’re on a budget. Training with ART Method apprentices is a great way to get in great shape and keep your budget in check. You will meet Terri for your consultation, she will design & prescribe your workouts. Then you will meet with her apprentices for your twice weekly sessions.
Terri is always available to you to respond to your questions and concerns because you’ll be required to correspond with her daily if necessary, about your diet and progress.
Trainers are assigned to you as availability allows and may change as necessary without notice. The ART Level 1 Apprentice program is by design, a flexible, temporary cost-effective solution. The A.R.T. Level 2 Certified Training Package – 20 sessions – $3000
This package comes with Prime AM 5:30 AM – NOON appointments. Your ART Method Level 2 Trainer has completed up to 2 years apprenticeship and is now a direct professional assistant to Terri Walsh and can offer expanded personal service and further unique program customizations.
You will meet Terri for your consultation, she will design & prescribe your workouts. Then you will meet with her assistant for your sessions. Terri is always available to you to respond to your questions and concerns because you’ll be required to correspond with her daily if necessary, about your diet and progress.
Availability: M-F 5:30am-NOON as well as Saturdays. Video testimonials are required to participate in the ART Level 2 Training Program. Click here for more info
ART Method Master Level:
Train with Celebrity Trainer Terri Walsh
20 sessions: $6000
(NOTE: Out of Studio rate starts at $400/hr)
ART Method Master Level training sessions with Terri Walsh, is a customized experience. You will meet with Terri for your consultation and workouts. Terri prescribes and designs ART Method exercises, workouts, and programs for your unique goals, situations, events and needs. This is a completely unique customized personal fitness service. Need workouts on video wherever you go? No Problem. Need Skype or Facetime sessions while you’re in Aspen, St. Barths, or Ibiza? No Problem. Custom Private Bridal BootCamps with Terri Walsh
Private Custom Bridal Packages are in 6 week boot camps, designed to get you the body you’ve always wanted the day you’ve always dreamed about! All workouts are customized for each bride. Your unique program will be based on your unique needs. Please note that the description of packages below are general and are customized as to the needs presented by the bride. Please contact Terri a minimum of 12 weeks before the wedding to schedule a consultation. The consultation is necessary to evaluate & prescribe the Brides’ exact program. Click here for more info.

Privacy Services
The ART Studio NYC specializes in accommodating a clients needs for privacy. We are happy to negotiate whatever circumstances are needed for the high profile client to feel comfortable.
Privacy/Non-Disclosure Fee – Negotiable as necessary.
Based on a long-term contractual relationship. Payment renewed yearly. You will never be discussed or mentioned by Terri in print, or in any media Terri participates in. Ever. Please email us at: art (at) twtnyc.com for short term privacy agreement rates.
Day Rate – $3000
Does not include travel & associated expenses, privacy/non-disclosure agreement.
Projects Outside Manhattan/Brooklyn, On-Location, Traveling:

Consultations
Consultations are free for: individual private NYC personal training packages & individual NYC Bridal Boot Camp Packages. We require detailed information from the consultation request. To secure a confirmed consultation appointment, credit card authorization is required. This policy insures that time is utilized effectively. Thank you for your understanding!

Online appointments are scheduled in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Cancellation
Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged.
Facility & Location
TW TRAINING NYC & The ART Method Studio is a private studio & gym located on Broadway between Howard & Canal St downtown in SoHo. The studio is easily accessible by subway: N, R, 4, 5, & 6, from the east side and the A, C, E, 1, 2, 9 on the west side. We’re sorry, but no walk-ins or tours please. In order to protect our clients privacy exact address given out after email and phone contact has been made.

Payments
TW Training NYC accepts Checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Sessions are paid for in full, at, or prior to your first session. Bridal packages are reserved with a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. Balance due before or at first session. Sessions may be purchased online or in person.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds. You may transfer any unused sessions to a spouse or friend.
PRIVACY GUARANTEE & Media Ownership
Privacy is a premium commodity in todays cell-phone video-upload to youtube world. Terri trains and has trained all sorts of celebrities, CEOs and other high profile, well-known people. Terri specializes in training those who prefer anonymity regarding their fitness program. Terri offers the increasingly unique service to those who prefer that she NOT discuss them in the media. Terri is happy to sign your non-disclosure agreement for a negotiable fee.
All video, photos, shot by Terri at TWTNYC is owned by Terri Walsh, TW Training NYC. The ART Studio NYC retains the right to use every and all media created by or at the studio, in any media, advertisements be they online/print/television. If you’d like your name left out, that’s certainly no problem.
Terri refuses press opportunities and tv appearances based on discussing specific clients past or present who are not already listed on the website. No one knows Terri is your trainer unless YOU say so. ALL clients are charged the same rate irregardless of their status you can be confident your interactions and conversations will never end up on Page 6.
