train clients
for

and demands an entirely private
experience. In fact, it's so important, Terri will guarantee it. Terri
specializes in training those who prefer anonymity regarding their fitness

the
media.
There is no distraction, drama, or worry about equipment
availability and working around others. There's
no gym membership involved. There are no other trainers/people
to deal
with. No
one
knows your
business,
and your privacy is guarded and maintained.
You'll not see Terri discussing her famous clients in the media. UNLESS YOU
WANT HER TO.
Also, many trainers use assistants to train their clients.
Terri realizes that you're paying for the 25 years of experience she brings
to the table. She's ALWAYS there. No substitutes, or assistants.

Bath sheets, wash cloths & towels, ionic hair dryer,
shampoo, conditioner, shaving kits, soaps, lotions q-tips, toothpaste....and
whatever
else you could need are always available.
Locker & Laundry
Many of TWTNYC's clients are lucky to fit the sessions
into their schedules. Terri strives to remove as many obstacles to getting
to the gym as possible by providing a fail-safe situation for the client.
On your first session, bring two changes of your workout clothing, leave
your sneakers or other equipment. Everything will be ready for you when
you arrive. You don't lug anything around, or have to remember anything
but your appointment time!
Cleanliness like you've never experienced in a New York City Gym.
The gym is kept in SPOTLESS condition. Floor, mats, equipment, dumbell handles are fully
cleaned and disinfected after EACH AND EVERY client. TWYNYC wants to ensure that
you receive
equipment that's
been virtually
'untouched'. You can be sure everything you DO touch has been disinfected
with hospital grade disinfectant.
Anyone who's experienced flu-season in NYC KNOWS how important this is.
Terri takes care to prevent you from training while sick, and you can be
sure you won't catch anything here that may slow you down. The goal is
to keep you finely tuned and healthy! Keeping the gym, and everything in it SPOTLESS is vital toward this end.

the online personal training options as well. Not ony do you work with Terri

Online Fitness Assessment Tracking: After you fill out the fitness assessment, your program will be designed with the information you provide. You'll tell Terri EVERYTHING about your goals, injuries (if any), eating, and exercise history. After your re-assessments you'll have an online record of everything you've accomplished!
Exercise Demos: Don't worry about exercise technique! You'll learn technique hands-on with Terri. BUT With over 400 animated exercise demos with explict and detailed instructions you'll never have bad form, or FORGET WHAT TO DO ON YOUR OWN! Workout Logs: A unique accountability system provides you with online
and printable workout logs for you to keep track of the exercises you complete.
Each week you can log in and provide information on which exercises you completed,
how frequently you worked out - and how you FELT about the workouts. In addition,
you also have the option of providing information and feedback on
your food consumption. This is valuable information for Terri to review and
for planning your future training sessions. You don't even have to wait until
