What happens?
Terri Walsh’s A.R.T Methodâ„¢ will form the base of your training. In addition, your workouts can include combinations of, or entire sessions may utilize: strength training, interval training, kickboxing, bodybuilding, cardiovascular conditioning, sports & athletic training & drills, yoga, dance, pilates, flexibility. Each client is unique. So are their workouts.
A little taste here, of a customized application of Terri Walsh’s A.R.T Method ™ in action.
The client in this video is 49 yrs old. She is a dancer and was prepping for a solo show so I applied some A.R.T. Method ™ principles and then as an extension, customized and designed a whole new system to get her back in performance shape without stressing her joints. She performs in Scotland in August 2010.
Do not try this exercise without proper skilled supervision.
FYI: This woman does NOT and has NEVER done 2 hours of cardio a day while training at TWTNYC….even, when she’s not dancing. She does not juice fast, eat baby food, or use protein shakes.
