Also included here are 5 basic Beginner 30-minute classes to get a sense of the mat class structure, as well as how you might start to infuse these combinations into your existing classes.
The mat practice structure lends itself to as much or as little equipment as you have. You’ll learn to sequence combinations properly, cueing and modifications, and how to pitch and sell your new passion. This free trial is directed at consumers, but you will not be charged, nor need to provide any information to check it out.
A.R.T. MAT PRACTICE Level 1
Intensive in-person 16 hour 2 day training experience. Extensive practical on the mat. You’ll leave being able to teach 5 ART Mat Practice Classes: One entry level Intro class, as well as 4 full-length mat practice classes.
