These advanced total body workouts are efficiently and expertly programmed. Strength, cardio, endurance and flexibility are all included. The series is progressively designed to be done in the order in which they are numbered. Do each class for 5 days, then move to the next. In 30 days you will amaze yourself with your strength, endurance, flexibility, fat loss, definition and skill!
This is an advanced level workout series created for those with an intermediate to advanced level of fitness and a working understanding of Active Resistance Training® and its principles. The classes are not available individually and they are designed to be done as a cohesive unit.
Music: Suggestions are provided, or stream your own!
Cueing: YES. Instruction matters, however I assume you have a working knowledge of the Active Resistance Training Method already.
