How Much Time Does It Take?
🎉 30 minutes or less a day. Six days per week.

Most people see a noticeable reduction of back pain and the restoration of normal movement after only a few days. However, it’s best to complete the full 30 days, and by that point, you’ll have memorized the sequences and can do them on your own. Or, feel free to re-join and maintain your access!
