Celebrity Trainer Terri Walsh is a 35 year veteran of the fitness industry in NYC – that broadcasts her workouts from Costa Rica. This is a 16-hour workshop course that meets once a week for two hours over 8 weeks. Scheduling can be accelerated or tailored to your schedule. Assignments are given in between sessions in the online format. It’s preferable to meet once weekly in order for customized assignments to be completed.

She can talk you through learning the technical ropes so you can experience her expertise in a new way via online remote personal training. You’ll get complete and focused attention, stable appointments, customized always evolving programming, and incredible results. You’ll be camera-ready all the time and ever ready to continue to meet the challenges your life and career presents.

Here’s How It Works:

– Fill out the consultation form. Receive an appointment.
– Meet for a consultation and fitness assessment, measurements and discussion of your needs, goals and expectations.

– Terri will create an entirely customized fitness program based entirely on you.
– You will meet a minimum of 2-4x weekly. More available or special events and circumstances like weddings, events, photoshoots, and movie prep can be accommodated please inquire.
– You will be measured weekly with stats recorded in a solo private Facebook group with you and Terri.
– You will receive Terris EatWell High-Protein recipe book to start off your meal planning.
– You will post your meal pics and have a running record of your entire experience.

– Fitness trackers, like FitBit are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and provide Terri with invaluable data to finetune your programming to maximize your experience and drill down into cardiovascular health, obesity prevention and stabilization of blood sugar.

– You will fill out a consultation form and you’ll be contacted to make your appointment.
– You receive a 45-minute consultation and fitness assessment including measurement and discussion of your goals.
– You receive access to the Livestream classes. You must be familiar with Zoom conferencing software.
– You receive access to the ART Virtual Studio where you’ll access more workouts that will make up your program.
– You receive access to a private Instagram chat, or a private Facebook group with just you and Terri where your weekly measurements, programs, and meal posts will be posted so Terri can see what’s happening from day to day.

– Every week you meet with Terri via zoom for a 30 minute weigh & measure and a discussion of the prior week’s events. If necessary Terri will adapt your programming or your meal plan for the coming week.

– You also receive the recipe & meal plan PDF ebook EatWell – High Protein that you will use to make sure you’re covering all the bases nutritionally.
