– A computer, smartphone, or tablet is required for coaching & personal training sessions.
– Zoom or other streaming video conferencing platform is required to participate in coaching & personal training sessions.

– 2 foam yoga blocks.

Space Required:
Your mat and that’s it!

– All workouts are designed to be done comfortably in a small NYC apartment. There’s no jumping or high impact or loud music so your neighbors will never hear you.
