Zoom Monthly Fitness Coaching with Terri Walsh is a great cost-effective way to get all the advice, programming, and accountability you need at a fraction of the cost of private one/one personal training.

Here’s how it works:

– Fill out a consultation form, and you’ll be contacted to make your appointment.
– Receive a 60-minute consultation and fitness assessment, including measurements (if desired) and a discussion of your goals.
– Receive access to the Livestream classes. You must be familiar with Zoom conferencing software.
– Receive access to the ART All-Access Membership, where you’ll access more workouts that will make up your program.

– Every week, you meet with Terri via zoom for a 60-minute training session and a discussion of the prior week’s events. Terri will adapt your programming or meal plan for the coming week if necessary.

– Receive the recipe & meal plan PDF ebook EatWell – High Protein that you will use to ensure you cover all the bases nutritionally.

– Terri is available for questions anytime via FB messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
