Zoom fitness Coaching with Terri Walsh is a great cost-effective way to get all the advice, programming, and accountability you need at the fraction of the cost of private one/one personal training.
Here’s how it works:
– You will fill out a consultation form and you’ll be contacted to make your appointment.
– You receive a 45-minute consultation and fitness assessment including measurement and discussion of your goals.
– You receive access to the Livestream classes. You must be familiar with Zoom conferencing software.
– You receive access to the ART Virtual Studio where you’ll access more workouts that will make up your program.
– You receive access to a private Instagram chat, or a private Facebook group with just you and Terri where your weekly measurements, programs, and meal posts will be posted so Terri can see what’s happening from day to day.
– Every week you meet with Terri via zoom for a 30 minute weigh & measure and a discussion of the prior week’s events. If necessary Terri will adapt your programming or your meal plan for the coming week.
– You also receive the recipe & meal plan PDF ebook EatWell – High Protein that you will use to make sure you’re covering all the bases nutritionally.
– Terri is available for questions at any time via FB messenger, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
– You MUST be connected and have an active account on Facebook to be able to access the programming content.
– All programs are the property of TW Training NYC, LLC, and cannot be resold or prescribed to someone other than yourself.
– Recommended but not required: Data tracking fitness tracker like FitBit Or Polar Watch or Applewatch
