How To Take Our Livestream Zoom Fitness Classes

– Scroll up and choose the class you want to take.
– Click ‘Book Now’.
– Choose your class, click sign-up.
– Choose your rate & complete the transaction.
– Zoom link is sent to your email one hour before class.
– The zoom room opens 10 minutes before class, get there early and say hi!
– Be sure to enter the correct email into the sign-up or you will not receive your zoom link.
