If you have been training with me for a longer while you know that my class flow always varies or adapts in private training sessions based on your goals and needs, but Hey! Let me show you MY CURRENT, favorite lower body exercises and maybe you like to incorporate them in your home workout.

These 3 exercises are amazing for lower body strength. Start with 30 seconds each and work yourself up to 1 minute:

✅ Lunge + Low Kick
✅ Low Squat + Knee Drop + Stand
✅ Block-assisted Side Lunge

Who is Terri Walsh?

Terri Walsh is the creator of the Active Resistance Training® Method, a celebrity personal trainer, and a 40-year veteran of the fitness industry in NYC. She now continues her personal training sessions online as well as teaches livestream fitness classes exclusively since her move to Costa Rica in 2014.
