Active Resistance Training® (A.R.T.) fuses core-focused three-dimensional bodyweight flows with asymmetrically weighted and unweighted training sequences. The signature use of 2 foam yoga blocks creates a challenging and unique calorie-torching non-destructive intensity workout called ‘active resistance’.
Terri creates and delivers brand new classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels every week. With the A.R.T. All-access membership, you can have access to Terri’s expertise from the safety and privacy of your home or on the GO.
Also included is a monthly healthy recipe pack that you can use to keep your meals healthy, fresh, exciting, and delicious. It comes with two weeks of meal plans, shopping lists and you can scan it all into myfitnesspal to track to your heart’s content!

The newest class on the schedule is a 30-minute metabolic conditioning class designed to be fun, fast, and get you into cardio-fat burning without your body hitting the cortisol stress response!
This class is for all levels and is designed to help you combat the stagnation of all-day zoom meetings, and will kick your metabolism into high gear.
As an All-Access member, you can join the classes live on zoom, live in the Facebook group, or catch them later on your own schedule through the on-demand platform.
