Fitness lifestyle support is where most of Terri’s clients fall. Many need regular, consistent, and dedicated personal training sessions anywhere from 2-5x a week for whatever reasons.

Maybe you need to stabilize your hectic and busy, active, intense, high powered lifestyle – and you need regular stable appointments to keep you focused and on track and at the top of your game. Your performance depends on it.

For you, custom private personal training is not a luxury. It’s a must to maintain and maximize your career. It’s a must to optimize your energy level and lifestyle and keep you sharp and agile.

Regular appointments take all the time and energy, and admin health maintenance takes off your plate. Terri has recipes and meal plans for your chef and can work with any dietary restriction or preference.

In-person private training sessions for those in or near Manuel Antonio, are held on our beautiful outdoor deck. This is a covid-safe outdoor environment and allows for social distance and expert supervision. For an extra charge, Terri can come to your location. Covid protocols must be a standard. You must have a covered, well-ventilated outdoor space and fitness equipment that only you will use.

Can’t make it to the studio in MA?

No worries, zoom personal training to the rescue. Terri has been working exclusively via zoom and other remote platforms since 2014 and started the move to remote from her brick and mortar studio in NYC in 2012.

Consultations are free.

Sessions are sold in 20 session packages. Monthly retainer contracts are available once a relationship is established.

The Process

Workouts are customized for you and designed after your consultation. Your consultation consists of a fitness assessment, evaluation of diet and preferences, and a discussion of goals and benchmarks.

Who is Terri Walsh?

Terri Walsh is the creator of the Active Resistance Training® Method, and a celebrity Trainer and 35 year veteran of the fitness industry in NYC. She now teaches online and Livestream fitness classes exclusively since her move to Costa Rica in 2014.

Terri was the first Creative Director of Programming at Crunch Fitness and she also headlined five different shows on Crunch Fitness’ ESPN2 including “Washboard Abs” videos. She created the “Yoga Block Workouts” which were featured in Self, Women’s Health, Shape, Crunch Gyms, and many more. Terri is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Specialist. She’s been interviewed, quoted, and featured in numerous beauty, fashion, print, and television media over the length of her continuing career.
