Every A.R.T. Method class starts with a warm-up that’s called a ‘Technique Study’. There are 3 levels of Technique Study, today we’ll discuss Tech Study

The tech study is a 10 minute signature sequence of basic fitness movements strung together into a ‘fitness vinyasa’ that serves a few different functions within the Active Resistance Training practice.
